Adventures in Eating

Joash continues to eat pretty well, though eating is often an adventure.

He is starting to feed himself more and more. When he is finished with things like bread, the likes to clear his tray off by dropping any leftovers on the floor or sticking them next to him down the side of the seat. You never really know what you will find on his seat when you take him our after a meal.

He is also trying to use a spoon a bit more, which can lead to experiments with applesauce as hair gel. This picture show some of the results.

"Do you like my hair, Mom?"

So, we put a sheet on our floor now so clean up is a bit easier. Because you never know what will happen while Joash is eating

In the Corn

Mataya got to go with her daddy to check on the corn. It will be ready to harvest soon! They decided to take some pictures. Mataya was so excited, she forgot to let daddy be in the picture. There we go. I thought this was sweet picture of a girl and her daddy.
